Here are all of the TV shows and movies currently streaming on KCTS 9 Passport that star Downton Abbey cast members. It’s a big cast, so settle in for a long list.
Matthew Crawley, Dan Stevens
If you swooned over Matthew Crawley, you’ll love Dan Stevens performance as Edward Ferrars in Sense and Sensibility. This classic, Andrew Davies adaptation of the Jane Austen novel tells the story of the Dashwood sisters. Marianne Dashwood wears her heart on her sleeve, while Elinor Dashwood, sensitive to social convention, struggles to conceal her own romantic disappointment.

Cora Crawley, Elizabeth McGovern
Downton Abbey’s Elizabeth McGovern and Julian Fellowes worked together again on the 2018 film, The Chaperone. When Louise Brooks — the 1920s silver screen sensation who never met a rule she didn’t break — was a 15 year-old student in Wichita, Kansas, she got the opportunity to go to New York to study with a leading dance troupe. But her mother insisted there be a chaperone, Norma Carlisle (McGovern).

Kemal Pamuk, Theo James
He may have only been in one episode, but we all remember Turkish Diplomat Kemal Pamuk’s scandalous storyline on Downton Abbey. Theo James continues to steal the show on Sanditon, Andrew Davies adaptation of Jane Austen’s unfinished novel of the same name.

Anna, Joanne Froggatt
Joanne Froggatt played Lady Mary’s loyal friend and Lady’s Maid Anna on Downton Abbey. In 2016, Froggatt brought a very different character to life in Dark Angel — the extraordinary true story of Victorian poisoner Mary Ann Cotton.

Joseph Molesley, Kevin Doyle
Molesley is perhaps Downton Abbey’s most memorable footman. Actor Kevin Doyle appears in the new series Miss Scarlet and the Duke, with a very different look, as headstrong Victorian detective Eliza Scarlet’s father. (I didn’t even recognize him upon first viewing!)

Lady Edith, Laura Carmichael
Laura Carmichael played a supporting role in the 2018 film, Man in an Orange Shirt. The romance tells two love stories, sixty years apart. Man in an Orange Shirt charts the changes and challenges in gay lives in England — from the era of jail terms to the onset of dating apps.

Maud Bagshaw, Imelda Staunton
Imelda Staunton’s character may have been late to join the cast in the Downton Abbey movie, but Staunton has long been connected to the series … She’s married to Jim Carter who plays Carson! (Fun fact, their daughter Bessie Carter plays a supporting role on Beecham House, mentioned above!) In 2020, Staunton starred in Flesh and Blood as an inquisitive next door neighbor, caught up in a potentially heinous crime.
